Politique de remboursement

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. Please note that if you reside outside the Netherlands, it may take longer than expected for your order to be delivered.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Please note that personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item.

Exchanges
Please email orders@ramrugby.nl
if you would like to exchange your item.

Refunds
We will notify you upon receipt and verification of your return to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
